The International Rett Syndrome Foundation is proud to present the ASCEND 2024 Rett Syndrome National Summit. Designed to unite us as a community, this event will bring together parents, families, clinicians, researchers, and Rett organizations from around the world.
Together we can overcome the challenges of Rett syndrome and reach the summit of hope and healing — a world without Rett syndrome.
HIGHLIGHTS
ASCEND 2024 consists of two parts: a family conference and scientific meeting. During the 2 1/2-day family conference, you’re invited to:
LEARN.
Sessions, breakouts, and keynotes will cover the latest Rett syndrome research and treatment advancements, care topics, and more, all presented by Rett syndrome experts.
CONNECT.
Attend social activities every evening, including a welcome reception and the Purple Party, that provide ample opportunity to connect with friends, new and old.
GROW.
A dedicated Exhibitor Hall lets you meet with industry partners and learn about the newest products, services, and treatments available to your loved one with Rett syndrome.Look for more information on the summit agenda, speakers, social activities, and more in the coming months!
LOCATION
ASCEND 2024 will be held in Westminster, Colorado, at The Westin Westminster, ideally positioned 15 minutes from both Denver and Boulder and known for its sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains.

In advance of the family conference, we are excited to once again invite scientists, researchers, and clinicians to the IRSF Rett Syndrome Scientific Meeting, the only annual, global, and comprehensive research meeting focused exclusively on Rett syndrome.

Registration to attend ASCEND is free but required for individuals with Rett syndrome. Pricing for clinicians, researchers, and industry members interested in the Scientific Meeting is available here.
