Donate your vehicle to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation through our partnership with CARS and support our work with Rett syndrome. CARS will work with you to arrange pick up for your vehicle at no cost to you and most vehicles can be picked up within 24-72 business hours. You’ll receive an initial car donation receipt upon pick-up and then the CARS team will work to turn your car into cash to support our Foundation.
