Summit Scholarship Application Form

Parents and family members of a loved one with Rett syndrome are invited to apply for financial assistance through The Summit Scholarship Fund. There are a limited number of scholarships available that cover registration fees, a travel stipend, or both to assist in attending ASCEND 2024. Use the application form below to apply by the deadline: February 1, 2024.
