2024 Rett Gazette

Twenty-five years ago, the Rett research community was rocked by a landmark discovery: mutations in the MECP2 gene caused Rett syndrome. In this year’s edition of the Rett Gazette, we reflect on the significance of that discovery and how a genetic basis for Rett syndrome fundamentally changed how scientists and researchers have approached Rett since. We also give updates on the latest research and clinical trials, share in-depth stories of hope from our community, and celebrate all that we have accomplished—together—this past year.

The Rett Gazette is offered free to the Rett syndrome community. Scroll down to find links to resources highlighted in this issue or use the buttons below to download the digital version or request a printed version be mailed to you (U.S. addresses only).
