Rett Genetics 101 This session will provide an overview of the complexities of the genetic basis of Rett syndrome including understanding the inheritance patterns, new mutations, deletions, duplications, mosaicism, X-chromosome inactivation, and interpreting your child’s mutation results. If your child has been tested, you may wish to have her genetic test results on hand in order to think about her specific results in relation to the information presented in this lecture. — Saturday morning
