Cognitive and IEP Assessment Tools 101 We will review the standardized measures that are commonly used to assess children with Rett Syndrome and compare the information we get from these measures with the information that we may be able to obtain by talking with parents, teachers, and therapists. We will address the challenges of assessing children with Rett Syndrome and the ways in which creativity and flexibility are needed to develop effective treatment plans. —Sunday morning
