To my angel Julia, we are truly blessed to have you in our lives. You have taught us so much in just 2 years, I can't even imagine what else you have in store. I never knew that someone could give as much love as you give. Just one look in your eyes lets me know that things will be ok. You are my rock, you hold me together. Thank you God for giving us this perfect angel. The day our world stood still was October 15, 2007. The 1st time I had ever heard the words Rett Syndrome, but surely not the last. We knew something was different about our angel, and that she was a little behind, but never this. Julia is such a joy to be around, her laughter is contagious. She loves to listen to music, watch cartoons, crawl around, and play around on the bed with mommy and daddy. Julia starts school in Feb 09, with the hopes that they can teach her more then we can. She loves the company of others, and when she trusts you she is very affectionate. I just want to thank all who have read this. I only wish that you could all get to know our daughter, she has the power to amaze.
