It's October again and that means Rett Syndrome Awareness Month!! This past February Megan turned 14 years old and at times she can definitely act like a teenager! Megan also went to Disneyland for the very first time this past spring!! She enjoyed herself and even got on a couple of rides! She also welcomed a new little sister in April, Molly, a Labrador Retriever! Megan continues to enjoy reading and she's even completed a couple of series this year. She also still loves to watch her music videos and eat french fries and drink Icees! Megan is in good health and has her seizures under control, but she continues to have G.I. issues, which keeps us in search for Little Tummys!!
Let's toast Megan, our Rett Angel, for all her strength and courage! Let's bring awareness to Rett Syndrome for a cure for the future!! We love you Meg!
